I forgot my password. How can I get a new one?

If you forgot your password or are unable to access the Membership Area, please follow these steps:

HOW TO RESET:

1. Go to ebassguitarlessons.com/account
2. Click FORGOT PASSWORD under the LOGIN button.
3. Enter your email address.
4. An email to reset your password will be sent to your email address.

HOW TO CHANGE:

1. Go to the Membership Area
2. Click your Avatar (profile picture) at the top right corner of the webpage.
3. Click PROFILE.
4. Enter your preferred new password.
5. Click UPDATE PROFILE.
