I didn't get my log-in details/download link. What should I do?

If you have just made an eBassGuitar purchase and/or expecting a download, please do make sure to check your email's Spam folder for a download message, as they tend to get redirected there.

If you have checked your email's Spam folder,  but could not find your log-in details or download link, please send the support team a message over at lessons@ebassguitar.com.
